Once a month, a new envelope of artsy mail is created by me, for you!

Each envelope includes 5–6 pieces I’ve illustrated, collaged, or written—made to add something special to your mailbox.

HOW PIN PALS WORKS

You can choose between a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription.

Each envelope has its own purchase period, running from the 15th through the 14th of the following month.

The envelope you receive is based on the date your order is placed.

Purchase Date — April 15 – May 14

Ex: If you place your order on September 10, you’ll receive Envelope No. 05. If you place your order on September 15, you’ll receive Envelope No. 06.

If you are a monthly subscriber, then your purchase date remains the same each month.

If you purchased a monthly subscription starting on September 15th your next purchase date will be October 15th 

WHEN WILL MY PIN PALS ENVELOPE SHIP?

Pin Pals envelopes are mailed between the 7th–21st of each month.

You’ll receive a mailing notification once your envelope has been assembled and is on its way to USPS.

Ex: If you order Envelope No. 05 anytime between August 15–September 14, your envelope will be mailed between September 7–21.

Pin Pals is sent as stamped letter mail and does not include tracking, so your mailing notification means your envelope is officially on its way! 💌

U.S. MEMBERS

Free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail.

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery after your envelope has been mailed.

INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS

$2 shipping via standard international letter mail.

Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery after your envelope has been mailed.

Because Pin Pals travels as untracked letter mail, delivery times can vary depending on your location and postal service.

If your envelope still hasn’t arrived 4 weeks after it was mailed, please email pinpalsmailclub@gmail.com and I’ll send a replacement.

Monthly subscribers will automatically receive each new edition until their subscription is paused or canceled.
